今日は月一度のミーティング
今回は皆が頭を悩ませてしまうような難しい課題の話し合いでした。
スタッフの為、お客様の為、関わるすべての方の事を考えよりよくなるように
自分たちはどこに向かったらよいか見つめなおし意見を出し合いました。
いつもは意見があまり出なかったのですが、アシスタントも自信をもって
自分の意見が言えてそれだけでもすごい進歩だなぁと思います。
意外と自分の意見を言うのって勇気がいると思いませんか？
皆でよりよい環境を作っていきますので宜しくお願いします。

Thanks for the sensible critique. Me and my neighbor were just preparing to do some research about this. We got a grab a book from our local library but I think I learned more clear from this post. I'm very glad to see such great information being shared freely out there.
